Workout of the day (WOD) classes include constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each class includes a warm up, a strength element/skill element, and conditioning piece. The WOD’s are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
Our foundations course is a pre-req for anyone new to CrossFit. This teaches and refines the core movements and concepts that will be exercised in the CrossFit class setting.
These are FREE on the first weekend of every month or you are able to set up a private foundations for $100 (scheduled at your convenience).
Personal training offers an athlete the complete package of one on one corrective movement patterns, programming designed for every level, and specific workouts tailored to help every athlete at every level achieve their fitness goals.
