Programs
Foundations
The Foundations program is a pre-req for anyone new to CrossFit, and is a great refresher for even experienced CrossFitters. Our Foundations program teaches and refines the core movements and concepts that will be exercised in the CrossFit Class setting. You will be learning barbell lifts and high skill gymnastics techniques that will develop further in CrossFit Class. These are private sessions that will be scheduled with a coach.
Personal Training
Personal training offers an athlete the complete package of one on one corrective movement patterns, programming designed for every level, and specific workouts tailored to help every athlete at every level achieve their fitness goals.
Purchasing smaller packages will enable the already capable athlete to refine specific skills and technique while larger packages will allow an athlete to follow a consistent program leading to long-term success.

WOD
Workout of the day (WOD) classes include constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each class includes a warm up, a strength element, skill element, and a WOD. The WOD’s are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
