CROSSFIT WOD

Workout of the day (WOD) classes include constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Each class includes a warm up, a strength element, skill element, and a WOD. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
